C. REMARKS :
1. The installation and test run shall be performed under the vendor's
responsibility at the end-user's site, free of charge.
2. Five years warranty service should be provided by supplier after
the performance test, unless otherwise specified in the B. CONSIS OF.
3. Quick Operation & Preventive Maintenance manual(1 paper).
4. During the warranty period, at least twice a year, the supplier submit
preventive inspection reports to department of biomedical engineering.
5. The supplier must distribute the amount and submit a transaction statement.
