Ⅰ. 용도

ECR 이온원은 전자 사이클로트론 공명을 이용하여 중이온가속기에서 다양한 이온 빔을 생성하는

장치이다. ECR 이온원에서 bias disk는 플라즈마 내부의 전자 손실과 플라즈마 전위를 조절하여, 이

온의 confinement time을 증가시키고 고전하 이온의 생성 효율을 향상시킨다. ECR 이온원 운전 시

bias disk에 전압을 인가하여, 이온종 및 전하 상태에 적합한 최적 조건으로 운영하기 위한 파워 서플

라이가 필요하다.

preset, limitation of voltage setting
