[참고 6] INVITATION FOR BIDS(IFB)

1. Korea Mine Rehabilitation and Mineral Resources Corporation now

invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of goods and

services indicated on the cover sheet and the successful bidder shall

supply the equipment and related services thereto.

2. Any bidder or supplier who wishes to participate in this bidding must

establish a bid bond no less than five percent(5%) of the total bid prices,

and must deliver its bond according to Clause 6 of the General

Instructions to Bidders.

3. Bids shall be received by KOMIR until 14:00 hours, September 3, 2026

at Stockpile procurement team on the 5th floor of KOMIR's building,

and at 14:30 hours, September 4, 2026 at Bidding Room on the 3rd

floor of KOMIR's building will be opened in the presence of Bidder'

representatives who have chosen to attend.

4. Bidder shall prepare one original and two copies of the bids, which are

in compliance with requirements of the Bidding Documents being

composed of General Instructions of raw materials to Bidder, General

Provisions for Contract, and which remains valid for ninety(90) days

after the date of bid opening shown above.

5. Bid prices shall be based on DDP(Delivered Duty Paid) including

unloading at KOMIR Gunsan Stockpile Base or such other place as may

be designated by KOMIR.

6. A complete set of Invitation for Bids may be given by interested

Bidders at the office of Stockpile procurement team, KOMIR.

7. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and read the

invitation for Bids at the office of Stockpile Management Department,

KOMIR.

8. Unless otherwise prescribed, KOMIR shall apply the Regulations /Practices

of the PPS(Public Procurement Service, the Republic of Korea).
