본인은 위 기재 입찰공고와 관련한 입찰에 참여하는 공급자인 바, (i) 계약일반조건상의 각 조건을 포함한 입찰설명서 및 (ii) 입찰서류의 내용을 모두숙지하고 있고, 입찰자가 낙찰자로 선정되는 경우 공급자 또한 전술한 (i) 및 (ii)의 내용에 구속되는 것을 인지하며 이에 동의한다. 공급자는 입찰설명서 및 계약서, 계약일반조건 및 계약일반조건 제5조에 기재된 기타 규정 등의 내용에 따라 입찰자와 연대하여 계약을 이행할 책임과 의무를 지는 것을 확인한다.
I, the undersigned, as the proposed Supplier participating in the bidding with respect to the Bid Announcement written above, hereby confirm that I am fully familiar with (i) the terms of Bid Invitation, including those of the General Provisions for foreign Contract (hereinafter "GP"), and hereby acknowledge and agree that once the Bidder is awarded the contract, the Supplier shall also be bound by the terms of the contract. I further confirm that I will take the responsibility, jointly with the Bidder, for complete performance of the contract, in accordance with the Bid Invitation, the contract and other regulations provided under the GP, including Article 5 thereof.
