2. Submission of Bids

must be submitted using the “Korea Integrated Procurement

System(G2B)” website (http://www.g2b.go.kr)

- Electronic bid submission period: September 7, 2026 ∼ 10:00 AM, September

- Electronic bid opening time: 11:00 AM, September 15, 2026

2. Assessment Methods

- Evaluation criteria shall be based on the 「Detailed Evaluation

Standards for Construction Engineering Businesses Project

Performance Capability」 (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and

Transport Notice No. 2025-387, July 9, 2025) as specified by this

office. Project performance capability evaluation shall be conducted

after price bidding, pursuant to Article 52 of the CONSTRUCTION

TECHNOLOGY PROMOTION ACT Enforcement Decree.

3. Other Matters

- In accordance with Article 8 of ‘REGULATIONS ON SPECIAL CASES

CONCERNING THE ENFORCEMENT DECREE OF THE ACT ON

CONTRACTS TO WHICH THE STATE IS A PARTY IN SPECIFIC

PROCUREMENT’, The language used in this contract(including

electronic bidding, submission of qualifications documents, etc.) shall

be Korean.
